Remus was just trying to pass his photography GCSE. He'd never wanted to be partnered with Sirius Black, the guy who was renowned for his skirts and leather jacket and getting into trouble. He'd never wanted it but it was arguably the best thing that ever happened to him.
All in all, Remus is just too fucking gay (well, pan) for this; which is just what he tells himself every time he has to look at Sirius' pretty face.

Sirius Black likes to wear skirts. It's no big deal, at least not to him or the Potters. His parents however wouldn't be so accepting, so Sirius keeps it hidden. To his parents he is the poster boy for the prestigious Black family, but how long can he keep up the masquerade?

Set in an alternate world. AKA no magic ~~~ Walburga and Regulus have lived in America for three years. First moved from London due to Walburga's job. After three years Walburga is told to go back to London but Regulus doesn't want to leave and proposes Sirius comes to care for him in America. Walburga agrees and Sirius comes to America where he reunites with his old friends James, Peter, Lily, and Marlene. He also meets Regulus's new friend Remus Lupin who was a friend of James' after Sirius left. A wolfstar AU (no-magic) {a relatively short story} The 1970s, a wonderful time of bold makeup, bell-bottom jeans, vinyl shops, police brutality and rampant homophobia. You get the gist. In which, Remus Lupin is a fresh-faced wallflower just out of college, supporting his community in miniature efforts, as to not get noticed. Sirius Black, maybe not as fresh-faced but still just out of college, is, let's say, a little bolder. He's happy to be noticed - even happier when it's the freckled boy that hides in the library. Disclaimer: my parents weren't even a twinkle in someone's eyes in the 70s. Historical accuracy isn't going to be my focus point; but I'll try my best.
