Hi this book is where I wright all my deepest thoughts and feelings. As you probably know I'm not going to take this book down recently I have realized I'm not as bad as I was. my therapy has been helping a lot and honestly I don't think I'm that bad and I want to say I'm not depressed just extremely sad at times. This is here for anyone who is going through something similar to this or what I've gone through and for them to know "your not alone"
