MATTHEW'S P.O.V.

I rejected Alexis Alas as my mate. I felt bad,but I thought it was great because she wouldn't be a good luna. As time passed by, I heard howls in the distance. For some reason, I knew it was Alexis. Automatically, I regretted my decision I wanted to go to her. My wolf, Cameron, was angry at me. I was debating to call the Wind Spirit's Alpha. I think he would know about Alexis, so I call my pack to have a meeting. I told about me finding my mate. They were happy to hear that they would have a luna. Until I told them that I rejected her, and room filled with tension, anger, hatred, and almost of confusion. They have every right to be mad, because the truth is I don't know why. Once the meeting was done I went to my room as my wolf growling as me and telling me to go to her. I know her parents would know that I rejected her. I'm such a coward. I don't know why I rejected her. 

I heard a knock on my door. I went to go answer it and it was on of my elders, Sebastian. I asked, "Has something happened?" 

He answered, "Yes, indeed! You have found your mate and rejected her. May I ask why?" 

"I don't know why. I don't know why I rejected her. I'm mad at myself. I love her. That's why I bullied her. I was scared to love anyone. I don't what anything to happen to her like what happened to my mom. I don't what to lose her like how i lost my mom. I'm a killer." I feel tear slipping down my cheek.

He pulls me into a hug and whispers to me, "Go get her. You need her, she needs you. The moon goddess made you guys to be together."

He is right. "Thank you. I will go right now."

I leave to go see her. Hopefully she doesn't accepts the rejection.

ALEXIS' P.O.V.

I wanted to die right now, so I can get rid of the pain. My heart aches and pain as my wolf, Kiara, howls in pain, as I shed more tears.
