Hypat's ancestor, many centuries ago, fought to block dark forces that would use that maths so that they'd be wiped dead, and to shut quiescent the dark magic springing from their body numbers.

Victore Academy boarding school is a lot of things. To the outside world, it's the heaven of schools. For some students, it's an experience they'll never forget. For others, it's the place to start their careers. And maybe for a few, it's the peak of their lives and really as good as it's going to get for them. And for me... well, I'll need a bit more than this to talk about that. But before you step in, here's a few things that everyone makes note of: 1. The students have secrets. And money. It's hard to tell what more of, honestly. 2. Don't get a room on the West Side of the girl's dorms. The birds around that private property lake house downside from campus don't stop chirping at 5AM. The Victor's Tournament happens every year for all the senior year students. It's a pretty big deal. 6. My eyes finally adjusted and I got a good look at the guy. Holy shit, he was HOT. He rivaled Lazarus, and that's saying a lot. He might even be more attractive than Elridge, wait no, I wasn't so sure about that one. Anyway, he had blonde wavy hair, milky skin that was clear from any imperfection, and he was tall. He was wearing a black long sleeved shirt that was fitted so you could see his muscles. There was something off about him though. Oh, I know what it was. His eyes were bright purple. Then he blinked and they were sky blue. What the...? Maybe it was just a trick of the light. ----- Elizabeth Huntress is only second in line for the crown for her country, but she wants to be queen bad. Her parents agree to give her a chance by sending her to Gemstone Academy. Although, Elizabeth quickly learns that there's more to Gemstone Academy than meets the eye. When students start fainting, and they don't wake up, Elizabeth and her friends want to know why. But theres more than one secret at Gemstone Academy, like the mysterious boy she met in the library, or the forbidden hallway that seems to whisper to her.
