Hazel and Augustus go through many changes in their relationship. When Hazel gets cancer it get emotional. This mix of Fault of our stars and If I Stay will be an emotion journey with the characters. It get even more changing when Hazel gets in a car accident and is mostly not going to survive with the cancer, and goes into a coma. The she needs a heart transplant because all of her organs are failing. Will she survive or die in Augustus's arms?( I will try to come up with a better description later because I was like 8 when I first created this story and it sucks so I'm redoing it so yeah)
