White Lies and A Spotlight

Twenty-four year old Tessa Jones is a journalist for the Weekly News in Los Angeles, California. Her life is seemingly perfect to an extent. She has a well paying job, her name is well-known throughout various locations of the world, and she has a loving boyfriend who she believes to marry one day. One day she is assigned to interview and do an article on the famous Alec Levy, an aspiring actor with years of experience and not to mention - dashing good looks. All goes well with the meeting, until something happens to jeopardize everything. Sooner or later, Tessa discovers white lies appearing and a spotlight is shone on her and someone else. Uncovering secrets of someone is no fun, especially when tragedy strikes at its darkest hour.
