This is a short story I did for a class assessment a while back. Since it was our only actual "Creative Writing" Section of the curriculum I put a lot of effort into making a romance without too much violence and no magic. This was brought upon me because our teacher did not want to read a hundred or so stories about horrendous things that middle-schoolers can think up of. The two characters are related to the private book series I have made that now consist of five "Failure Books," each over a hundred pages long. Of course, I made this by my own hand down to the very last word of the story, and to make sure that no one plagiaries my work I have documentation of such with several different assets. In other words, do not dare try to take my work away from my hands...however, I do want this to be read. This is kind of sitting on a dusted shelf, so to speak, and I think that sharing it with others will do it some good. By that logic, feel free to share this with people if you like it, but don't forget to mention my name while doing so. Anyway, enough of my arduous meanderings, I appreciate you reading this tedious introduction to what I hope is a somewhat decent piece of writing, despite the cliche of young love...

"Why did you do that?" I asked as I entered the classroom and set my books on his desk. "What did I do?" he replied, not looking up. "I waved at you, and you ignored me. Which is fine, btw, but, unfortunately This has made for a couple of clumsy ' context' moments, and the characters being a little older than they should be, in high school. It definitely affected all the early / high school era / first few chapters/ timelines in the story, for which I apologize. BUT- everyone having any kind of nsfw, 18+ moments in this story, is now 18 years old, and age appropriate. So ' tis what ' tis. Thank you for your understanding. Oh, And, just because it matters. He growls lowly and slowly in my ear causing me to shiver. Then he looks over his shoulder, "everyone go inside." Everyone nods and drops what their doing and run inside. Then he looks back to me and growls again and runs his hand across my neck before pressing down slightly and leaning in closer to me,"I know you aren't ready for this, I understand that. I told you I'm going to wait for you and still even then you are mine. And I'll do everything in my power to protect you and that also means me claiming you," he pauses and gives my neck butterfly kisses making me let out a moan and nod, "the men here are mean, rough and ruthless and will do anything to get a girl they want. Once you are claimed, you're safer. No one will mess with you, especially because you're mine," he growls again, sucking on my neck. "Ookay," I say breathless."Terminé

Beware my creativity with this set of quick reads being made for my English class. These are my first stories ever (writing one so it could be read is making me nervous) so no hate pls and constructive criticism only. If you fancy garbage, this isn't for you; that's how bad this is. Some might be weird and seem drawn out or pulled out of my ass so "bare" with me... Honestly not sure why you might read this but hey, you do you. I mean, you don't need to waste your time reading my assignments. Anneliese tried her hardest to be outgoing, her empathetic heart guiding her through every encounter. She is a young woman who has struggled finding a safe place to express herself. Often looking for new ways to meet friends, she wouldn't pass the opportunity to chat someone up. Even a stranger at the diner she works at to pass time and support herself. A dedicated man takes to the nativity of Anneliese. He is direct and prefers to keep to himself, but if he has to smooth talk a young woman to get to his end goal, he will. ~ ❀ ~ I can't help but stare at her. Her face, lips, and smile, and her nose. Her small hands hold my face close to hers. It's not very forceful, I could pull away if I wanted to, but I let her have control. Her hands are warm and soft against my jaw. Getting closer, her eyes lashes flutter and I find myself holding my breath. She brushes her lashes to mine, her breath fanning against my lips. Subconsciously, I lean forward, wanting my lips to be on hers. June flutter her lashes, grazing her lashes to mine. Out of nowhere she bursts out in a fit of laughter. I flinch back. Butterfly kiss.
