For never was a story more maddening than this of Sweeney and his Madilyn.

Madilyn Mortimer lost everything. Escaping from the unbearable experiences she lead in her thought-to-be perfect life, Madilyn is on the run and tries to start a new life.

She finds herself in the dangerous, dark neighbourhood of Fleet Street where she meets an ominous barber, prying into the mystery of the girl.

Sweeney Todd lost everything. More so than anybody else. An empty soul who craved revenge with a powerful blood lust. Living life in agony as he awaits blood-shedding justice on the man who robbed him of his life.

In the darkest of times, he bumps into a young, seemingly wealthy 6and proper lady on the streets of London who makes the unknowing self-destructive decision to step into his life.

Together they venture through the twisted ways of London allies through dealing with murder, promiscuity, power abuse and trauma.

A woman with a stubborn, curious approach. A man with a ruthless, murderous approach. Certainly a destructive pair.
