"I didn't mean to fall for a mortal. I certainly didn't mean to fall for him. But there was something about Jake that drew me right over the edge, and I never knew what it was until I'd ruined everything I had ever fought for."

Venus, the 'baby' of the seven Daughters of Mother Nature, is fed up of being treated like an irresponsible teenager.

But now, it's her turn to prove herself and join the elite platform on which her sisters stand.

She wasn't counting on Jake Davis to ruin everything for her. Obnoxious, loud, with a penchant for daredevil biking and a blatant disregard of everything she holds dear, Venus knows she should hate him, avoid him at all costs. She tries. And yet, she is drawn back to him every time.

Sometimes, the best thing about corruption is the adrenaline of the fall.
