Life hurts for Emma Harris. It’s not easy being dumped by player after player, especially when they run off with other girls. To take her mind off her latest break-up, Emma enters a competition for young singers. Making it through all the audition stages, she is one of the lucky 16 that participates in a T.V show where someone gets voted off every week. Then comes along Tony, a good-looking player that has eyes for Emma, whose techniques for showing her his affection leave her more confused than ever before. As her life slowly becomes more public, the pressures of stardom and romance fall upon her shoulders. Can she be successful in her efforts to not be stung by love?
