"Why are you doing this, Ash? You have so much to offer here! You can't leave me now." The fear in his voice just made me even more angry. "Shut up already! I've made up my mind already and no one, especially you can stop me! Why would you even want me here? You hate me!" I yelled, slightly taken aback by the volume of my own voice. He stepped closer to me, and I was uncomfortable with the lack of distance between up. "Listen, Ash. If I could tell you, then I would." I looked up at him. He was really tall. "Give me one good reason to stay." I spoke through gritted teeth.

Ashling Wall does not like the idea of moving to a new house, especially since that house is halfway across the country. Meeting new people while trying to suppress her old self becomes difficult when old friends from Chicago come to visit. Not having a stable home life doesn't help Ash's mood, or her thoughts on meeting new people. But once an opportunity arises to mess with all the people who have hurt her, Ash becomes very aware of the power she holds.
