"No that's not how you play the game!" I yelled at Danny. I watched as he scampered away to go hide. The blue shirt blurring as he ran into the forest. I followed him trying to get him to stop.
"Come back! You have to tag me first, you idiot!" I yelled in outrage.
"Fine, Ally. Your it!" I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I turned around and watched him run deeper into the woods.
"That's not my name!" I yelled while chasing after him.
"Alyssa!" I heard my mother's voice call. I ignored her and kept running after Danny. Pretty soon her voice was just a faint whisper in the woods. I hadn't realized how far I had run until I couldn't find my way back. Large thriving trees stood everywhere around me. My trail had been erased by the soft wind that traveled through the forest floor. I could feel the soft breeze kiss my ankles as stood trying to figure out which way I had come in.
That's when I seen it.
A tall figure stood under the broad leafy shadows that the trees provided, but as soon as I seen it, it was gone within a second. I could feel myself began to tremble, and like a feather brushing my neck, I felt the breath of my name tickle my neck.
"Ally.."

“Run Maeve! Run!!” I could hear Phoenix’s voice yell to me in pain as I dashed through the woods while branches smacked me. As much as I hated it I had to look, I had to see what’s going on. I looked over not at the man’s face but what really caught my eye was the giant wings on either side of me which was causing me to fly. “Phoenix!” I yelled automatically. I heard the man with his arms around me chuckle as we descended farther into the sky, away from my only hope, my mate, Phoenix.Complete

She....I....... I was running through the thick branches, pushing the leaves out of my way with all my might. I had to get away. The wet, brown, ground made it easier for me to slip and let her red, chilling hands slip around my innocent, scarred body, not knowing where she would take me next. I was almost out of breath, but I had to keep running if I wanted to make it out of this forest alive. My red dress was getting torn to shreds, and my hands and feet had mud all over them. My long, bushy brown hair was getting hooked on every possible branch, making me push my hair in the back of my dress, just like I used to when I was forced to cook everyday for my loathsome 'parents'. Returning back to the real world, I had to stop otherwise I would black out. I took a few seconds to catch my breath silently, and to look around to see if she was there behind me. I was looking up at the tall, old tree when I heard a twig snap behind me. Just like in the horror films. I turned and ran in the same direction, not daring to look back and see her wretched face fixed on my body. I sprinted and sprinted, but slowed down when I saw I was heading to nowhere but a ragged cliff. The unknown would me known if I continued to run and jump.
