I was Dark. Everyone else I had ever known in my life was Light. The Light were people born into warmth, love. The Darkness, was the opposite. According to the legends, we were bad people. Cruel. Selfish. Unworthy of love. Incapable of love. Yet, when I landed my gaze upon those green eyes, my entire being had been filled with warmth. Foreign, but addictive warmth. He was a mystery, even to himself, yet his eyes told me thousands of tales. His lips spoke of millions of memories, peculiar, but happy. And his heart? He always seems to hurt someone in the 'mares, and it's almost always the same person. The thought of it makes the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom go paranoid of hurting his friends, especially the one he loves the most. His strange behavior due to his sheer paranoia causes him to make rash decisions, some he can fix in a flash, and some he can never forgive himself for. After 3 months of being imprisoned in Princess Peach's Kingdom, Bowser's love for her was growing thin and he wanted out of his confinement. With the help from his henchman, Bowser managed to escape. He wanted revenge against the Mushroom Kingdom and towards Mario and Luigi. On Earth, you were the flower shop owner who made a lot of money selling exotic flowers and the most beautiful ones that you owned. One night, you followed Mario and Luigi to somewhere that they were going to. As you did, your world changed all through a pipe to the unknown.

(This story is outdated and COMPLETELY based off of a roleplay between my friends and I. Each character is HEAVILY based on the lore and storylines they have created for their respective characters, and includes OCs.) The Mushroom Kingdom was never the most peaceful place, but it thrived. Everything was as it should be... Until the day the rifts opened from the sky. Now, people from all across the multiverse have become stranded in this one singular universe. That is, until a group of 5 band together to find a way back home. Could they truly pull it off? Or would they be stuck in the Mushroom Kingdom for good?
