Well for Scarlet her dumb decision was not so much dumb. It was the best and smartest thing she has ever done.
After rejecting her mate who had kept a huge secret from her almost her whole life, and ditching her only family left, her brother, she runs and runs.
She joins a new pack and is thankful for the night in the woods that the twins had found her.
