Her older brother is the youngest High Wizard in centuries and her younger sister is a genius magical prodigy who entered Aitenwall University of Magic at age eleven. And then there's Mattie. She can't make the simplest flame or pop in and out of places. Labeled a "normie," Mattie struggles against the pressures of not being able to use magic in a world full of it.
But this magical society is on the verge of collapse, and Mattie finds herself in the middle of it.
With an amnesiac whose age constantly changes and a thief who has a knack for spatial manipulation, Mattie takes it upon herself to figure exactly who has made her life a living hell.

Book Alicia is the introduction containing the essential worldbuilding of the Otherworldly Court universe you need to know while shoving in as many characters and worlds as I can. Also, each book will have a different main character, sometimes more than one in a single book, like JoJo. --- Note: A bug was triggered which caused this book to be split into two. This show is based on the Nintendo game "Miitopia" but lacks the family-friendly quality. Miitopia was a peaceful place. That is, until the Darker Lord known as Henrietta usurped the Dark Lord known as Alex Chang and started stealing people's faces! There is only one Mii who can defeat this fiend: the clever, brave, and laid-back Daph-Nii, who got magical powers from a guardian spirit and kicks butt as an accidental thief, a pop star with the power of music, or a monster-toasting mage. This time, she has the aid of all of her companions from previous lands as well as former Dark Lord Alex, hoping to redeem himself for everything he did. There's just one problem: no one has any freakin' clue where the Darker Lord is, so now they have to enlist the help of travelers in the Travelers' Hub to search for clues on Henrietta's whereabouts.
