Over 300 years into the future, the newly rebuilt capital of The United Nations of America stands in Queens, NYC. After the devastation of nuclear war, ethnic cleansing, and world crises, a new type of government emerges from the ashes. AFBH (The Administration for the Benefit of Humanity) Leads in democratic elections of a President who acts as a dictator. After the years of war, the people want an answer. After a series of studies, it is determined that women were the problem, since they are weaker, less intelligent, and basically inferior. And so starts the Eradication. When every female has been disposed of, AFBH's science division: STORK, begins to create children from egg and sperm cell to a human. But there is a problem with the chromosomes. Every once and a while, a batch will mutate into a female. So they decide to let the females grow to be 15, where they will then be subjected to a gender change surgery. One such is Arvena Palite, scheduled that very day for hers--but when she is about to go under the knife, something mysterious occurs, and she is now a fugitive from the law escaping a crime punishable by death--taking her best friend, Logan Freidd, and her only hope with her.
