Ever since the Matsuno brothers graduated from high school, the eldest, Osomatsu Matsuno, couldn't help but feel like something was off about him and his brothers. It was an indescribable feeling that he could only classify as 'unnatural'. Osomatsu strongly feels it's linked to the sudden disappearance of an old friend. A girl with long blonde hair with bangs that covered her face, dark skin, a gentle yet at times loud voice, and the lac of a name.
But when Osomatsu and his brothers come across a local bar known as Mafia Madness, Osomatsu gets a stronger feeling of discomfort towards his past. Ever since that visit to the bar, he and his brothers lives have been everything but ordinary.
Osomatsu blindly ventured to the no mans land of Tokyo Japan, meeting a young girl who claims to be a medium between the living and the dead. Intrigued, Osomatsu decides to stick by her side, solving mysterious cases of Japan's most famous Urban Legends.
