Mia (my-a) Thompson is 15 and studying medicine. She has plans to work at Seattle grace but her foster parents think other wise. Growing up with multiple family's she decides that it's time to step up to her abusive parents. After multiple visits to the hospital Callie Torres and Miranda Bailey began to wonder. Mia's last visit to the hospital changes her life forever. While living with Torres Callie offers Mia a job. She can't do surgerys but she can do sutures and work with Arizona in Peds.
