Skylar Emmett always dreamed of getting out of Olmito, Texas. Yet even though she dreamed night and day, she could barely make it off of her front porch in order to go to work every morning. Fresh out of high school and still working hard, Skylar believed that the sky was never the limit, and that she could go above and beyond the ordinary in her tiny town.
