Welcome to the Drama Parade
13 parts Complete MatureThis is the story of the Durban High School Marching Band in small-town California. It's a small but big-enough band with just the right number of students in each section. With this comes just a few great friendships... and even greater drama, fights, bullying, and division. Among the students and among the parents in the band boosters. This drama is at its peak early in the season, a little before band camp and even at points in between band camp and competition season. Their show this season, though, is themed from My Chemical Romance's album The Black Parade. Some are so excited while others are enraged about the theme. Watch how a few band kids stomp this drama, fighting, and bullying to help everybody finally get along. Many students in the marching band are fighting their own battles off the field.
Why exactly do they finally take a stand for cooperation, kindness, and acceptance the very year they perform an MCR-based show?
How will they end the Drama Parade and turn it into a Kind and Caring Parade for all?
Most importantly, how do they end up being the best marching band on the west coast and winning the championships after all this drama and fighting which had left them hopeless for a while?
Told in several different points of view, of some students and the band director.
