Just because they're not together anymore doesn't mean they still can't be best friends. Especially with their friend Layla. Will, Layla, and Harley are about to start a new adventure as they start high school. And who knows, maybe there's something in store for all of them. New friendships. New enemies. Maybe even love.

〚For everyone who rooted for Layla Williams and Warren Peace〛 ***** He had an indecipherable look in his eyes. She frowned. "What?" "I have an idea." He said. She lifted a brow, suspicious. "What kind of idea?" "You're not going to like it." "Well, tell me anyway." "Date me." He blurted out. Her heart stuttered. What? "W-what?" She finally said. There was a flutter on his jaw as he looked back into her eyes. "I'm not fucking saying it again, Green." "You....want to... date me?" She asked, confused. (...) "So...?" He said. She looked back at him curious. "You'll do it?" He asked. "Do what?" She had already forgotten what they were talking about. "Sell cheese sticks." He said sarcastically. "Gosh, you have the attention span of a fish." I mean he's not wrong. "Go out with me." He more so stated than asked. Her heartbeat quickened and her cheeks flushed. The way he said it... it stirred something inside her. She cleared her throat. "Okay" "Okay" ***** Clara Robinson is the epitome of a good girl with a sunshine personality. Fallon's sole ambition in life is to escape her miserable hometown once and for all. She dreams of driving away in her convertible and leaving her painful past behind. Just one problem, her beloved convertible needs a serious overhaul before she can drive it anywhere, and car repairs cost money, a lot of money. The kind of money she doesn't have. Archer Hastings moved to town last year. He's quiet, perpetually brooding, and always has a hood drawn over his head. He's the school outcast, a recluse. He also has a knack for resurrecting hopeless vehicles. There's just one catch - he adamantly refuses to help Fallon with hers. However, the gears of fate start turning when Fallon discovers Archer's hidden weakness. He's in love with their head cheerleader, Caroline Williams. But Fallon has a secret too, and her little secret just might help Archer get out of his whole unrequited love situation. So Archer and Fallon make a pact. He fixes her convertible for her, and she helps him win over Caroline. Easy, right? Except, as Fallon spends time with Archer, she begins to see a side of him that defies his mysterious facade. There's a warmth beneath his quiet demeanor, an intensity in his gaze that sparks something unexpected within her. Now she just needs to make sure she gets her car fixed without getting her heart broken.
