Wally West is failing math. He tries really hard, but geometry is POINTLESS. His aunt Iris hires him a tutor, and he's a little more than reluctant to meet him. He wasn't expecting someone who was in a grade higher than him, but two years younger. He wasn't expecting that his tutor would have perfect eyebrows. He wasn't expecting that he'd begin to 'like' the tutor. He wasn't expecting Dick Grayson in general. He also wasn't suspecting that such an innocent little gardener, could be a world renowned villian, the shousnan stray.
