18-year-old Eleanor Connors known in her school for her ability to take care of other people’s problems. People e-mail her anonymously, and she replies with a solution that somehow always works well with the person and the problem. 

The reason why is that fact that Eleanor is able to understand people and their problems perfectly- well, everyone except for one person: Liam Brooks.
