Two best friends are always the target.
When Emile and Nikki both somehow get pink ink on themselves the same day and then the next day agin they figure something's up.
Where is this ink coming from? Is it a mark? A sign? A symbol for death? Is it some sort of disease? Is it good? Or bad? Or is it just a pink marker?

And take care of their chosen child. ... Error woke up at the sound of his own crying. What? What's this sound? Why can't he speak? Wait, where is he? Why can't he get up? ...Uh? Well part of it was due to their parent. Another part of it was a rift between the pair. How do the others find out?
