Since she hadn't turned 18 yet she was not aware he was her mate. His parents did not know he met her because he knew they would not accept her since she was an omega. He went back to training and did not return a week before his 25th birthday when he knew he would take over the pack. His men fought to survive against these beasts, I couldn't help but wonder why they were so hostile towards us. That's when one of them approached me, defying everything we had been warned about. "I only meant that this mission did not require you to accompany me as my OA in pretence. It's safer to stay with your younglings out of sight anytime the role is not needed," his voice softer. "You disappeared after you..." I pause and shake my head. I feel embarrassed to say it out loud to him. I feel embarrassed at how much it affected me.
