Ghost

Thirty years ago, when people of small home towns could leave their doors unlocked, was the time when Mark began living on his own. He lived a normal life, being the happy carefree person he always was, and loved by all who knew him.

However, after a fateful encounter with someone from his past, Mark's life is suddenly brought to a violent and abrupt end in his own home. His former home goes up for rent, and new tenants move in. However, no tenant who lives there stays for more than a few months, leaving the home and claiming it as haunted. The house is soon forgotten in time, the 'For Rent' sign soon disappearing over the ever growing grass.

Alea is a fresh-out-of-college young woman, looking for a place to call home at a price she can afford. Upon scrolling through nearby locations for rent or sale on her phone, she discovers the forgotten home now for sale, and decides it's her new start in life.
