After the rebellion, the Capitol rose, overthrowing the 13 districts of Panem. The Treaty of Treason is revised, creating a more interesting Games. This time, all the 13 districts must participate proving the survival of the fittest.
After 100 years of the Hunger Games, the fourth Quarter Quell is introduced. On its 100th anniversary, the citizens of Panem wonder what is in store for the tributes. Obviously, something more gruesome and horrifying, as the President would describe, "The greatest Hunger Games of all!"

The 100th Annual Hunger Games
What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains.
