There was a pain. Everywhere. I didn't know what happened. A light grabbed me and then took me under something. Then I lost consciousness.

What did I hit? A bear? Deer? Oh lord it better not be a person!
I run out of my car and look. There, on the cold hard road, lay an angel-of-a-girl
I couldn't. I couldn't believe I ran over an angel!
Damn. I picked her up in my cradled arms and put her in my car. I wish that I stayed when I got her in the hospital. She would know. She would fall for me like I her.
But I left.
