He stood on the other side of the glass, watching the girl. It was his job. Watch over the new vessel. He knew it wasn't right, though. But, who was he to question Xehanort? Then again, who was he to listen to orders?
Now that the girl has "escaped", it's his job to track her down.
But, he finds himself falling for her. He knows that must be impossible, no? He's just negative emotions, so how can he be feeling these new ones?
As he watches her grow stronger, learning to control her mysterious power, he knows that she's different from the others. Because now, she's not just a vessel. Now, she's her own person.

This is my second Kingdom Hearts fanfic, and this is the story about Vanitas that takes place in the beginning of my first KH fanfic to the end of it! Since he's only introduced near the end of the book, this is his side of the story!

Okay so, this story is mainly focusing on our mariam! the new girl who doesn't know how she became friends with such crazy people....but why does she feel so..watched? Does this story have a villan? Yes actually! My villan is actually the cheerful type who hates mariam because she fìt into the group too easily. While it took the villan YEARS for them to actually like her. Nobody knows the villan is like this except the mariam who started to notice little details of poisoning. Not physical poisoning..Emotional poisoning. the villan doesn't attack her..it watches her. It makes the mariam feel like someones out to get her. It makes mariam start to believe things that she sees when they're not actually there..And when she tells the others..they just don't believe her. A random crime happens close to the mariam. and it's close to..what mariam had been talking about..who's to blame? Mariam. She tries to say it's not her..tries to say what she saw..but..no one believes her...Who would? she's been saying crazy stuff from the beginning! The villan isn't just a random out to destroy her face...the villan is out to destroy her mind. Make her go through everything THE VILLAN went through.
