I'm looking around to see if I'm still being followed, but I can't see anyone, so with my heart in my throat I run around the corner and sit down there. This will be my home for the night, I think and lay like a ball on the ground and hopes that he won't come after me... again.

This story is about eighteen year old Caroline Jones, who at the presence spends her life on the street, hiding from her ex-boyfriend. 

Life looks dark for Caroline and she begins to lose the grip and is on the verge on giving up, when she one day meet a person that is nice to her for a change. He is kind and wants to help her, but does she dare trust him to help her, or will she not accept the help because she is too afraid?  Will she finally have a chance to a good life again, kind of like the one she once had. Or is it too late?

And what will happen when he discovers Richie and Bernard are not what they seem? *** Here's my little disclaimer, guys: This is a very happy-go-lucky almost romance that I wrote back in grade school. There is proper grammar and I personally think it has a fun plot, BUT there isn't much complexity to it. It's short and sweet if you want to give it a read :)
