One day a girl named Sophie Sanders wanders into the forest seeking answers that many have in the past tried but failed to find. She leaves the woods unsuccessful in her search but something in her has changed. Sophie begins to feel, hear, and see everything differently and she feels as if she is being drawn back to the place where no one dares go. Can she even try to resist the pull of the mysterious forest or give in and let is consume her? BTW this book is one of my first novels and I don't think it's that bad so if you'd give it a chance it might surprise you.Complete

The Forest
Ernwood Forest is home to people living hidden from the prying eyes of humans; the Winged and their tribes. These people stand no taller than a few centimetres off the ground, meaning that things can sometimes get a little difficult... especially when humans are involved. But life isn't all bad. For the first time ever, Azure and the tribes have a human of their own protecting them from the sinister forces beyond the edge of the trees. As the months of winter roll in, nights are growing longer and snow has settled on the leafless branches. The forest is still. The only humans anyone expects to see are the few that know of the tiny people's existence. But the tribes are not alone in the forest anymore. The abductions begin. The past awakens. And a long forgotten shadow falls over the forest. Azure and the others once again find themselves having to fight to prevent their family from being ripped apart- only this time, things are different.
