Music artist Penny knows all about her bass. A cynic, in a little too perfect but almost boring life with a constantly absentee husband. Her life takes a twist when she lands herself a wonderful opportunity at a studio that allows her to breathe outside of her monotonous life. What starts as a diversion becomes her focus, as a series of events constantly keep her hooked with her coworker who she finds perfect. Is this going to be just another heartbreak situation for Penny? An open-ended fling? Or would she end up doing something that none of them had hoped for? °°°°°° "I wonder if he was thinking the same. How would it be if I was his lover? I don't want to be his lover, I deject. I want to be his muse. Someone who strikes him, delights him, entice him. I'll wander in his mind, like freedom, like bondage, like a hurricane. It's her. It can only be her. My desperation has struck new limits for this girl. There are a lot of odds against us. The undeniable attraction. The pain of not being able to touch one another. The scare of our future. And the uncertainty of whether we'll make it out together. We're two worlds apart. A distance that is seemingly impossible to cross. But I would do anything to be with her. All my stories, all my letters, all the simple sentences I thought of in my head. None have come close to grazing even the slightest bit of my love for her. All my love is for her.
