Being a teenager is hard enough but being a mermaid, that's a while other story.
Delphine is a mermaid, she has been all her life, but now she has no outside support on being a teenage mermaid, she has been lying to all her friends for years, she hardly knows anything about other mermaids.
But when a face from the past returns it kick starts a whole chain of events for the young mermaid.
