Victoria Black is one of the worlds greatest assassins. Nobody knows what she looks like, or even her real name. They just know her as 'Angel of Death'. 
When she is assigned to infiltrate the American Secret Service she readily agrees. She's going under cover as an agent, and then she has to kill all seven of the HSD's top agents. Sure, it'll take a couple of years to get high enough in the pecking order to be able to carry it out, but it will be easy with Tori's skills. Right?

Wrong. She becomes close, too close, to some of the top agents the HSD has. As relationships blossom, Tori begins to question her morals. 

Does she really want to kill the only friends she's ever had? As well as the man she's come to love? Does she want to stay with the terrorist group 'Makt'?
