And when Sara's neighbor is murdered Sara is the first suspect, and is immediately admitted into an insane asylum.  Little do they know, the people working at the asylum, taking care of Sara are really the insane ones.  Sara, is not even insane.  Read about what it's like not being insane in a place full of insane people.
( just want to point out that I got inspiration from Narwhals_are_awesome (Grace) should totally check out her stories, and that she helped me a bit and gave me some ideas like the name and disorder).
