All contact was lost when the last human army was encircled and destroyed in the arctic, no human contacts have ever been reported since the last army. Earth was officially lost as the last army protected the evacuation into space, many years have passed since then, and the likeliness of any human resistants on Earth have long since faded. Humanity struggled to adapt and survive on the distant planet of Mars in our solar system, the cold red deserts have challegened humanity beyond its capacity to live and yet humanity prevailed by all means. The world has seen many technological advances since the end of the war between Ukraine and Russia, which was both a blessing and a curse.
