Alex Nightshade is a criminal, a former worker for multiple mobs in different cities until she ends up in Gotham looking for a job with another mob thinking that the most crime filled city in the world should have one. While there, she accidentally gets mixed up with the Joker, a notorious Gotham City criminal that is feared by all and unpredictable. The Joker and her strike up a deal in order to save her life, the one problem is she can't help but get intrigued by the Clown Prince; And he can't help but get intrigued by her too.
