Slow and Steddie wins the race
Eddie gets rescued and him and Steve fall in love. It's my first fanfic so I hope you enjoy it. I tried to make it so everything makes sense cause that's what I kind of miss in other fanfics. It builds up slowly but there will Smit and fluff so just be patient as you read it. It has some heavy scenes but I try not to do to much of those so the story isn't to hard to read. No one expected the two people who hated each other most to fall in love. After never ending arguments, fights, and unexpected events they slowly fell. They were the type of people to hate each other so much but yet again desire each other. They were so similar but so damn different, at times they would lock into each other's beautiful hazel eyes and remember how much they need each other. How much they truly mean to each other. They would say I hate you but really they can't live with out each other. They always tried avoiding one another and separating but it never worked, they always ended up with each other. A lot of angst probably. Eddie is in his last year of school, he is the leader of Hellfire, he's openly Gay and pronouns are He/Him. He lives with his uncle Wayne and doesn't go out much except for Hellfire and Corroded Coffin. Steve Is working at family video with Robin, he's unlabelled and pronouns are He/Him. He works a lot and hangs out with Dustin and the kids, and occasionally Nancy. Both Steve and Eddie find themselves going to the pep rally at Hawkins high and Dustin introduces them, while Steve is a little jealous of Eddie for being friends with Dustin he doesn't completely hate him, however Eddie, starts to develop a crush fairly quickly but is certain Steve is straight and uninterested It's kinda slow burn kinda not? Steve's always been the jealous one according to the group, according to literally everyone. Even the kid who supposedly praises him. Everyone tells him that he's jealous of Dustin finding another older friend to have by his side. But no one knows why and that it's not all jealousy. He dropped what he was doing and turned around making cold eye contact with her. "Robin. I'm being serious. Drop it." The girl tensed up and worry gathered on her face for a short second. "Okay, okay. If it's that bad then I won't bother you about it again. I'm sorry okay?" She raised her hands up in a surrender and went back to the vhs's on the counter next to her. Steve took a long breath and rubbed his hands over his face. The bell on the door rand, but Steve ignored it. He was already stressed out enough as it was. "Steve!"
