When going for a walk alone deep into the night, everyone reacts differently. Some find peace it in blinding darkness, others shake in fear of the unknown but with every person in the darkness, the eyes begin to adjust to the light changing the way it is seen. In emotional times of darkness when thoughts of unworthiness cloud your mind, the eyes begin to adjust seeing the realities of life in a new light.
I write to express my pain, loss, thoughts and all that occurred in my times of darkness in hopes it will show others one day there will be light. For those in darkness you are not alone and one day you too will see a new light.

No one can prevent death from knocking on their doorstep - if it's an accident, or a sickness - it cannot be prevented, and it cannot be avoided. You never know on which day tragedy will come knocking on your front door. You never know who it would strike next - if it would be you, or someone else, or someone who is very close to you. all of the light went out. i could see the light but i could never walk towards it. i loved the feel of the sun...but i was never allowed in it. i wouldnt melt like the others, and i wouldnt sparkle like the others and i would criple in pain. i would fight it...but i didnt want to hurt those closest to me, thats why i didnt let him in. we were so close, they all thought that we were together...even he was confused. i was confused...i cannot afford to hurt him. he means so much to me and yet i have only known him for such a little time. i guess to escape the darkness...all i need to do is open my eyes.Complete
