Leksa kom Trikru was a dynamic human. As commander, she united the 12 clans. She was a fierce warrior and excellent leader. Clarke kom Skaikru was also a great leader, though it was never an official title. She, like Leksa, put the needs of her people first. The two women came together to make peace for their people. They fought to protect their people and unite them. During this process, they unintentionally fell in love, a deep love that transcends space and time.
It has been 18 years since Leksa's death and her soul chose the unlikely successor for her spirit in the body of her neice who was also named Leksa, the daughter of the new commander, Luna. When Leksa is 5, Clarke dies protecting her young friend. Her soul goes to the body of a child in a Trikru village. Their souls remember the love they shared, but will they find each other in time?
