When somebody asks "how are you?" The typical response is I'm okay. Whether it's true or not you respond with "I'm fine" because you know it could be worse. This family of 6 children don't even know what the saying "I'm fine" means. When you ask them how they are doing their thoughts are things like broken, ignored, beaten, failed, and most commonly...unloved. These little children have been abused in every way you could possibly imagine. They've never known what it was like to be happy. They grow up wondering and praying that they can just survive until the next day. What did these poor kids do to deserve a life like this? Who knows.
