Fingers danced on Joslyn's skin. It felt like this night would never end. Everyone kept moving, non stop. At this day and age, no one wanted to be different. Joslyn did the same as everyone else. She looked over to the person she'd came here with. He returned an assuring smile. She turned back to the people, holding the glass of champagne. The air was thick, she wasn't accustomed to it. She would have no problem getting there though. She stared at the walls, posters plastered all over. This party had girls way prettier than her- in her opinion-, yet she still had no clue why she caught Luca's eyes. Then there was a noise. That noise wasn't pleasant. ___________________________ White light was all visible. She looked around, one other body next to hers. She examined it once more before letting out a blood curdling scream.

"Ari!" Louis hissed trying to draw me from my state of utter shock and disgust. "I know this is scary but you have to get out of here" he shouted over the ear piercing shrieks coming from the guests as he wiped the fresh blood on his dress pants. I was frozen, completely frozen in a state of pure astonishment. His words barely registered in my head, but I knew he was speaking. "What are you looking-" his words hitched mid question when he followed my gaze to the one who instigated the chaos that is currently buzzing around us. *** Trust, lies, tears, blood and more chaos added to Ariella's already difficult life. She thought it was over- everything was falling in place. The bumps in the road seemed to be less and less as each day passed. Wearing a true smile for once, she held her head high in pride and happiness, in her friends, in her family, in her fiancé. On a day nobody saw coming, a sudden turn of events could change her life once and for all, but, were they ever really safe? **sequel to Through the Dark //Liam Payne fanfic** If you haven't read through the dark I suggest reading that first so this book makes sense :)
