Santo Niño De Cebu

28 parts Complete

Sugbuanon Duology #1. Niña Fernando first had sympathy on Niño De Jesus, the leader of their school's cultural dance troupe, because the dance troupe is said to be disbanding because of it's three-year defeat against it's rivals. As a new school year approach her life, Niña promised to make a change of her yearly routine by joining the dance troupe as her final year of junior high school came, but she doubted herself to join because of the disbandment matter. That time, rumors about the defeat spread widely throughout their school and Niño was to blame in that problem, curiosity led her to crave for more answers when she found out that Niño is going to be her classmate for the first time. The Niño De Jesus who's more socially active back then became an introvert and an antisocial delinquent because of all the rumors, so Niña decided to meddle and clear his name. The wanting of change led Niña to a journey she never even wanted when suddenly, she found herself helping Niño to revive the reputation of their school's cultural dance troupe. They are given a chance to dance at the yearly competition of Sinulog Festival in their city once more, but keep in mind; they have to win and make it to the actual Sinulog Mardi Gras stage.
