Hazel and Violet are ordinary kids... Or so they thought. When they move from Montana to Maine, things start to get stranger and stranger. They start to have dreams, hear strange noises, and see red glowing eyes everywhere. They start to suspect that their dad knows something, but all of a sudden, he goes missing. Can they figure out what is going on before everything goes awry and destroys the world that they know.

Amber and Emmy have always lived in the orphanage in Gazewind, haven't they? When Amber starts to remember some alarming facts, nothing is as it seems to her. She thought that they moved away without her and her sister, but it turns out that there is a story behind it. Will they be able to find their family with the help of a few friends and an eccentric elf or will the find something much more alarming?
