Ashley is a normal girl that lives with her mom Ellen and her mom Hope. She has an extremely bad outlook on the world after she is diagnosed with depression caused by her parents divorce.

In need of money, Ashley's mom decided to rent out the downstairs. Curiosity gets the best of her and she meets the neighbors. The instant she meets them she knows they are hiding something.
