The Rift details the epic quest of two rag-tag heroes to save their system from utter domination.

It all began when Jard and Keena, two mercenaries, were tasked by their employers to steal a prototype weapon from their system's most dreaded regime, The Dark Star Alliance.

The weapon, called the "metacore", housed strange, mysterious power capable of granting uncanny ability to whomever wielded it.

The mercenaries, however, were unaware of the core's power, but soon came to realize that it could be the end of their system's freedom.

Along with various strange companions, Jard and Keena set forth on a mission to protect their homeland from those who would ruin it.

Thanks to the efforts of an unlikely band of mercenaries and soldiers, a crucial piece of the puzzle has been revealed: Rogue Ops is scouring the galaxy for a collection of ancient, alien artifacts. But for what purpose? What do they do? Where do they come from? What ultimate goal is Rogue Ops working towards? That question is about to be answered. A new pair of artifacts has just been discovered. Fundamentally different from the original collection of ancient devices, these artifacts act as data caches and hold the secret to unlocking the mystery of Rogue Ops and their machinations. Trent Stone and Drake Winters, career mercenaries and brothers-in-arms, are tasked with hunting down one of these artifacts. As soon as they show up to collect it, however, they are forced to engage in a desperate chase that will take them across the galaxy... Greg Bishop, Security-Investigations soldier turned Spec Ops warrior, and Enzo Rains, ex-Spec Ops badass turned mercenary and then back again, are, despite their differences, forced to work together and recover the other artifact. Unfortunately, they quickly become stranded on an island-based research colony after something goes wrong. If they want to complete their mission, they must fight their way through a terrifying new enemy...

12 parts Complete Mature

Set in an alternate universe where all nine planets of the solar system are inhabited, the story follows Keena, a young man whom soon discovers he is an Ora; an extremely powerful humanoid race that hails from the planet Aizeal. Tagging alongside him are his personal Guide & Guard, Unknown and Eterna, two of the more powerful Ora, who acclimate Keena to the goings-on of the Zora system - an alternate solar system - including the many different species, races, cultures etc. including his own, of which Keena also finds that he is the leader. Not long into his getting adjusted and learning the facets of the Ora's powers, a strange alien warrior race touches down on one of the planets, to which Keena feels they should intervene, leading to his first battle with this new foe who call themselves the Blëëd. And to make matters worse, it comes to light that not only are they just as if not more powerful than the Ora, but their combative prowess is just as if not far more deadly than theirs as well. In addition to combating alien races, Keena comes to realize that with as many wondrous and fantastical things there are to discover among these new worlds, there are also insurmountable amounts of dangers to go along with them, and that being ready for anything might not even be possible...
