At times you just need a break from your very own thoughts, you just need to switch off and forget about everything that's going on in your life at that very particular moment. Close your eyes, seat in silence and just excrete all the toxic in your mind. Calm your mind and body be at ease enjoy the moment. I've tried that numerous times I often get distracted but I hope it does someday I wish I could drain out all that's in my heart and mind right away but nothing happens in just a blink it's got to take time and it'll be worth it hopefully. Anyone in pain and agony I hope you find ease within your inner self after reading this ❤
