The title of this book is inspired by a retreat that really impacted my life. It was all based of the parables of the lost. Meaning: The Lost Coin, The Lost Sheep, and The Lost Son. I was having a hard time thinking of a title but this works. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to my friend Halle, she has her own little devotional on her account and it's beautiful. This was greatly inspired my her. I will link her account in Part 1. This book is a little of me giving advice and a little of you giving advice because I will admit. I don't know ALL about God and his intentions but I will try my hardest. :)

Into the wild
Hurt, pain, doubt, insecurity, temporary happiness, fear, toxic relationships, anger, anxiety, issues, and chaos. They were the unwelcome passengers on my road trip of life. While being pregnant with my daughter Lea, I was in a really dark place and one day I met some random girl in college name Nicole, she sat next to me on the hallway floor. Her being there was making me tremble from the inside out. But it wasn't her, it was Jesus in her. The way she let Jesus take over her life, made everyone feel the presence of God. I started to sobbed and she hugged me (without knowing me) then I cried even harder. She said, "there's nothing you can do that will make God unlove you." To make the long story short, that day I surrender my life to Jesus and made a friend for life. I decided to make this 39 days bookish of writings because when life hit us hard we need a reminder of hope, joy, faith, love, and worth. The thing that inspires me every time I find myself in great difficulty is the knowledge that God loves me unconditionally, despite all my shortcomings.Complete

Like The Thunder Roaring
"The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the World, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. (John 1:9-14) What that first Easter might have been like. The climax of God's plan for humanity, from Palm Sunday to Peter's reinstatement. Main title and chapter titles are from songs that I used to capture the mood of the moment, as it were, and I would really encourage you to listen to them. How to Find Purpose and Peace: Why Am I Here?
Why am I here? What is my purpose? What is the meaning of life? Why am I alive? It seems that since the dawn of time we have been asking ourselves this very question. Kings and philosophers have puzzled and theorized, and paupers and plebeians toil under the sun wondering if there's more to life. Even today we seem to be frantically running here or there trying to get the latest scoop, wondering if someone has finally figured it out. People look high and low, and they try a number of things only to still feel unhappy and dissatisfied. In my own life, the only thing that has made me truly happy and given me peace for my soul is God. He has been the chief help in combating my anxiety and depression. For me, God has been the foundation that I've placed my life around and have built my identity. I write about how I've found purpose, peace and how you can too! Redemption
Book Two in the Grace Series. This can most certainly be read as a standalone, but I would recommend reading Grace first (and Something New before or after). Either way, enjoy: I spent my entire life trying to earn my parents' love and it just never worked. I wanted that same love Aunty gives me, from my mother. The same discipline Pops instills into me, I wanted from my father. I wanted comfort and care, and at the very least, their attention. It's all I wanted. But I never got it. Something within me still had some sort of hope that things could possibly change. I thought things could be salvaged at some point. I never voiced this to anyone else, but a part of me held onto that. That was shattered with the news they delivered to me. It shook me that they've been divorced, but what did the most damage was that they never even bothered to tell me. It's like they forgot they even have a child together. The people I lived and breathed for...didn't even seem to recall that I existed. That broke me. "I can't do this anymore," I repeat. Pops stares at me in silence before standing and disappearing. My mouth turns down in a frown, not expecting that, but then he comes back. I grit my teeth as he holds an item in his hand. I saw this very same item five years ago as well. The Bible. "Just like then, I won't force you into anything, Austin. You've got a choice-you always have. I don't know what made you try to walk away from the faith, but I'm still going to extend it to you." ~ Redemption: the action of saving or being saved from sin, error, or evil.
Heaven On Earth
It seems like just yesterday I was saved. Not knowing what to do next or where I should go. Little by little I had to find my way and put together the lessons I was taught from different sources to seemingly lead a holy life. My supreme happiness came from when I found Jesus. Little did I know all I had to do was dwell in his heart and he would provide me with the wisdom I need and show me the things I could only fantasize about. Things like these seemed to me too precious to keep hidden, and that's when I knew I just had to share Who He is to the whole world. Visions, testimonies, miracles and more came knocking at my door leading me into a dose of Heaven on Earth. Blue Roses for My Bride series: Book 1 NOTE I am not a writer, but I do enjoy writing.
