So, Yggdrasil comes to an end. Momonga stays to cherish its last moments, along with his friend Ryuo. They stay and wait for the timer to tick down.
Fifty eight. Fifty nine.
Zero.
One. Two. Three.
Strange. They're still in the game.
And the waifus are real.
And twister too, apparently.
They're together forever. ( kinda gay )
And the other guy is a girl too. ( gay )
And he won't smash the thirsty thot. ( very gay )

"Hey, Naruto?" "What, babe?" I asked softly, tilting my head up to gaze into the onyx eyes of my lover. "Promise me that you'll never leave me. Swear to me, Naruto Uzumaki, that you'll always be by my side, through every little thing. Assure me that I'll never have to know another day without you." I frown slightly, my usual casual smirk still intact but a bit distorted by the furrowing of my brows. I stare down at Sasuke, confused by his out-of-the-blue demand and the worried look clouding his normally cool obsidian eyes. He inhales deeply and continues. "Even if it's a lie, I'll believe it, just tell me that you'll never let me go." I feel tears well up in my dull cerulean eyes and bite my lip to keep them from spilling onto my cheeks. All I can do is nod and stutter, "O-Of course, I-" His lips crash into mine, and suddenly hot, wet tears are rolling down both of our faces. I smile into the kiss, and the shared fear of losing each other slowly dissipates, replaced by raw passion. A few minutes pass, and Sasuke breaks off the kiss, though reluctantly. I sniff and wipe my eyes. "I love you so much," I whisper, reaching up to tuck a strand of raven hair behind his ear. He beams at me, his charcoal eyes glistening in the sheer moonlight. "I love you too." ----------------------- Disclaimer; I don't own Naruto, obviously. Hard Yaoi, be-(lieve it!)ware. Many triggers. Sad, sort of twisted ending. Don't like, don't read. Lemons. Again, don't like, don't read. Also, just so you know; the book sucks at first, because I was a lil' noob when I started out writing it, but please keep reading, as I can promise you it gets much better. An OVERLORD story. I thought about making it about an original character but in the end went for the Male Reader insert, tho I plan to call the protagonist by the Character Username from Yggdrasil starting from Chapter II onward, I did this to appeal to both people who enjoy Reader Inserts and people who dont care for it, meaning it is essentially a Male Reader insert but I won't refer to the character as Y/N nor Address the Reader directly by saying "Your POV" after the second chapter of the story. When his son was 10 Momonga showed him a DMMO-RPG game called Yggdrasil and let him into his and his friends clan of Ainz Ooal Gown. (Y/N) made his character using a feature called gene combiner so his ingame character is the son of Momonga and Albedo. 8 years later and thousands of in-game hours and thousands of dungeon raids later the servers of Yggdrasil are closing. Momonga and his son have decided to spend the last hours of the game online and wait for the servers to shut down. After all both the father and son have fond memories of their time in Yggdrasil.
