She never knew her parents because they disappeared when she was just an infant. Living with her grate grandma all those years she couldn't help to feel nothing but transparent.

With her grandmother on the verge of dying of old age, what could Jada do her grandmother is the only bit of family she knows of. Right before she died, her grandmother gave her a locket and and told her this...

She heard talk of a program called HYDRA asking for volunteers for experiments. With nothing to lose she accepted as the experiments gave her powers on non other than invisibility.
